International Union of Economists presents

International Union of Economists invites all the members of IUE, Free
Economic Society of Russia, International Academy of Management, winners and
laureates of Russian competitions “Manager of the Year”, “Manager of the year in
public and municipal administration”, “Best department of economics” and
partners of IUE to participate in the Third Astana economic forum and

On the 30th of March, 2009, in the
Chimney Hall of the House of Economist a session of the Round table of
the International Union of Economists took place under the direction of the
President of IUE and VEO of Russia Popov G.Kh. on the subject “The world
experience of anti-crisis measures”. More
The XIV International Congress on regional development “The world experience and
the Russian economy until 2020 and economic security” took place on the 14 –19
of April, 2009 (Switzerland, Montreux). More
On the 22nd of December, 2008, in the Chimney Hall of the House of Economist
a session of the Round table of the International Union of Economists on the
subject “Islam economy” took place under the direction of the President of
IUE and VEO of Russia, professor Popov G.Kh.

On the 3rd – 15th of January, 2009, the XVIII
Annual Meeting of the members of the International Union of
Economists took place in Miami (USA). At the Plenary Session, which took place on the 5th of
January on the board of the cruise liner “Freedom of the Seas”, the
subject “The world economy until 2020: forecast and reality” was
thoroughly examined. More
In the Chimney Hall of the House of Economist on the 29th
of October, 2008, a session of the Round table of the International Union of
Economists took place, the subject was “The world economy and the economy of
Russia: new energy sources and their contribution to economic development and
economic security”. More
On the 24th – 25th of October, 2008, in the Republic of
Poland (Warsaw) the IV Warsaw Conference “The Perspectives of the XXI Century –
The Gordian Knots and Alexandrian Solutions” took place.
Organizers of the Conference were: the Polish Ministry of Regional Development,
the Club of Rome and the Polish Economic Society.

Russia Head of Executive staff, member of the board of VEO of Russia Krasilnikov
A.V. took part in the work of the Conference.

The 61st Annual DPI/NGO Conference commemorating the 60th Anniversary of the
Universal Declaration of Human Rights was held in UNESCO Headquarters in Paris,
3 – 5 of September. Organizers: the Department of
Public Information of the United Nations in cooperation with the NGO community
(DPI/NGO), this year with the assistance of UNESCO (the United Nations
Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization), the Office of the High
Commissioner for Human Rights and the Government of France. International
Union of Economist in General consultative status with the Economic and
Social Council UN was presented by delegation under the direction of the IUE
first vice-president Victor Krasilnikov. More

of the International Union of Economists on the theme
"Energetics of Future: economies problems" 4-11th January, 2008 Aqaba, Jordan
In the
period from January 3 to14, 2007 in the cities of Shanghai and Sanya
(Chinese People’s Republic) was held XVI
annual meeting of members of International Union of Economists. The
meeting was held by the invitation and support of Association of science and
technique of China.
The IUE annual meeting, devoted to
the IUE XVth anniversary, took place on January 3, 2006 – January 14, 2006 in
the United States of America. The meeting is organized by invitation of the
United Nations Economic and Social Council.
The theme of the meeting is "Strategy of social and economic development of the
countries with transitional economy in correspondence with Millennium
Declaration”. More
On February 4-12, 2005 in the capital of Kenya,
Nairobi, was held annual Meeting of the members of the International Union of
Economists. More
Under the aegis of the
UN-HABITAT (the UN program on human settlements) in September 2004 in
Barcelona (Spain) was held the second session of the World forum of cities
on the subject: «Cities - centers of cultures, all-round interests and
integration». More
