Dear friends!
On behalf of the Moscow Government as the Mayor of
Moscow I welcome the organizers and participants of the
First All-Russian Competition "Manager of the year in the
sphere of state management"!
Realization
of this Competition is a contemporary and exclusively
important initiative of the executive organs in the sphere
of the tasks posed by V.V. Putin, President of the Russian
Federation, for the purposes of modernization of the
executive power activity. "Manager of the year in the sphere
of state management" is a large-scale forum dedicated to
find out most talented perspective managers, to create the
positive image of state manager and to attract attention to
the problems of state management education.
I consider this Competition to be very important event
for Moscow and Russia, it will become traditional and
thoroughly contribute to the development of effective
management in the state department.
I wish you health, happiness, great achievements in the
very responsible and important sphere of state management.

организаторов и участников первого Всероссийского конкурса
╚Менеджер года в государственном управлении╩! Проведение
этого конкурса является своевременной и исключительно
важной инициативой в свете задач, поставленных Президентом
Российской Федерации В.В.Путиным, направленных на
совершенствование деятельности органов исполнительной власти
нашей страны. ╚Менеджер года в государственном управлении╩ -
это масштабный проект, призванный выявлять наиболее
талантливых, перспективных руководителей, формировать
позитивный образ государственного служащего, привлекать
внимание к проблемам подготовки управленческих кадров.
Убежден, что этот очень
значимый для Москвы и России конкурс станет традиционным и
будет всемерно способствовать распространению опыта
эффективного управления в сфере государственной службы.
